Hmmm. I would guess that leaves love you too, you do such wonderful portraits of them. We have so much in common, it kills me. Hi Louise! We met when you came to see the RAA show & I was sitting the gallery. I like your website and your art. It is very personable and easily navigated. And if you have looked at my site we have some similar color sensitivities. I too have a blue background which I think showcases the art very well. And Neither of us is afraid to use bright colors in our work. I think you have a wonderful creative gift in the cards and other work.
So tomorrow is the 15th and hopefully we will both hear good news from the grant people! I hope we can connect now and then and share ideas, tips and whatever.

Such a delight to view so many pieces of your artwork, Louise. This is one I particularly like. No room to buy it and hang it, but someone will one day just for the joy of looking at those colors in such free juxtaposition. Congrats on the hangings and the interest from the galleries!

Thanks for the comment. It is so encouraging. I use acrylics for my paintings.
This painting was done on an old discarded board I found by the side of the road when I was out on a bike ride.
